Problem Statement

The founder approached us with the idea of Low sugar, Center filled cake with no nasty ingredients.

Our main challenge was to make the cake with the perfect soft texture cake replacing the dry texture of existing cakes in the market.

Our Role

R&D and Recipe Formulation: Developed a Proprietary plant-based formula to achieve the perfect texture of cake.
Costing & Manufacturing: Found the correct sourcing partners to get the correct costing, and helped the brand partner with the correct third party manufacturer.

Outcome

Zero Maida Donut Cake with non nasties and zero palm oil.
