- Bringing the art of French desserts to India, Le 15 Patisserie was founded by chef Pooja Dhingra in 2010.
- All of Le 15 Patisserie’s products were mainly fresh items like Cakes, Macarons, Cup Cakes, etc. which were a huge obstacle in scaling due to their short shelf life.
- Brand >>>> Business- Pooja Dhingra is a celebrity chef with a huge social media following and the current product line didn’t do justice to such a powerful brand image.
- There was a need for a more shelf-stable, accessible, and distributable line of products.
