Problem Statement

  • Just Gummies, founded by Akshae Golekar, is a unique nutraceutical startup that aims to provide multivitamin gummies that promote good health, hair, skin, sleep, etc.
  • Our main challenge was uniquely positioning them in an already crowded market of nutraceuticals/supplements.

Brand Strategy

  • Performed in-depth market research to understand the competition landscape, consumer psychology, behavior, and buying patterns.
  • Came up with a Need Gap Analysis to find a unique niche and proposition for the brand that would allow them to act as the market leader and dominate the space.

Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Defined crucial KPIs in terms of different trade channels where we wanted the product to be launched and be available and created a marketing /launch budget accordingly.  
  • Created briefs for the digital/creative agency that would allow them to work on the brand assets, content, and communication and help drive easy sales and conversions.
